Pierre, in Paris at the Musee D'Orsay (shot on a disposable camera in 2012) Shouldn't be smoking inside, but hey he's the most notorious. Spot the kitten in his pocket, his passion for bicycles, curiosity of space, love of fruit and vegetables, and don't tell him he can't smoke inside he might cry.

Street Style
an ongoing, personal illustration project

Growing up shy, observing people has always been a big part of my life. Airports are among my favourite places, as well as other cities around the world to observe people and life in other places. Even walking around Wellington, which is arguably the most unique city in New Zealand in terms of creativity and fashion, is exciting when you look at the huge range of people and outfits. While I've never pursued actual fashion design I've always loved fashion illustration and drawing people. So if I see someone cool walking down the street, I usually draw them. Kinda creepy, but it's better than snapping stalker pics of them right? I'm slowly starting to build a collection, so I thought I'd share an ongoing work in progress of a Street Style series. My absolute dream would be to have enough to fill up a little book and I could write stories about the people.
